Just got an "Absentee Ballot Application" from the Monroe County Board of Elections in Rochester, in Upstate NY.

One of the reasons you can request a ballot is

RISK OF CONTRACTING OR SPREADING A DISEASE".

It's printed in English and Spanish.

This had to take some planning way ahead of time.

Rochester is a Dem stronghold.

The application doesn't have your party affiliation on it BUT the BOE will fill that in on the application when they receive it.
