Miss-leading headline. It was known early on that people with certain existing conditions were more at risk of dying. But Covid pushed them over the edge.
My neighbors have been doing just fine for years - one with diabetes and one with a heart condition and overweight. But if they got Covid and died, don’t tell me that it was their diabetes that killed them.
Same would go for the flu. If they got the flu and died, it was the flu that put them over the edge.

Here in California our lord and master Gavin Newsom has a new protocol out, complete with color codes and all sorts of new and confusing standards. Lots more hoops to jump over. People are getting sick of it!
There’s also a Recall Newsom movement that’s gathering steam with a lot of signatures. He really has to go. What a disaster!

so a person with cancer that breaks a leg and has surgery and can’t overcome recovery from surgery for broke leg....did they die of recovery of broken leg?
This does not seem to be major news for CDC. It’s buried without even a subheading. So, I guess that means they still fault COVID as the ultimate killer for most of those.
How fast will Fauci be out to try and discredit these statistics? And how fast will the Marxist Dems be out denouncing the CDC as politicized?
