Well, as long as they don’t have to depend on late-ballot-happy California, they very well could take it back.

Remember,"I'm a good Catholic and I do not lie"? What a crock. But I'm doubtful this will change her status with the left. Seems we are expecting justice while they demand their impunity. Besides, she's a GOOD CATHOLIC who is buying stairway to heaven.

Gee. The Fox News polls were only D+2 and yet showed such crappy results for Trump. I don’t get it. Then again, I have never quite understood Fox News polls.

To anyone in the Trump Campaign, or anyone with contacts at high levels there, and ditto for the House Republican Campaign Committee, you need to look seriously in to doing commercials based on Nancy’s statement that “No one is above the law” - which she seemed to repeat endlessly when it came to the sham impeachment that her Party shoved down our throats.

Here’s a short video of it: https://youtu.be/2GPEDReSYA8

Juxtapose this video clip with the clip of her in the salon. Voice over that Nancy is all “high and mighty” in applying standards to those who oppose her, but not for herself. Continue the voice over with information about how what she did is illegal in both California and San Francisco. Then show her not accepting responsibility (like an adult and like a leader), but trying to foist off responsibility for HER actions on the owner of the salon. Start the closing with something like, “Who does Nancy think she is, our Queen?” and a picture of her morphing into a queen, crown and all. The final message should be something like, “If you want to see this self-centered, arrogant, hypocrite removed from control over the House of Representatives, and put someone in place that will work for the benefit of this country, then vote for the Republican candidate for the House in your district - the nation depends on YOUR vote.”

On the other hand, notoriously liberal Quinnipiac just released a Florida poll showing Biden 48-45. Their prior poll in July was Biden 51-38.

The Quinnipiac poll was for Florida and Pennsylvania (The Pennsylvania poll was Biden 52-44). For the enthusiasm question, President Trump has the lead:

2b. (If vote Biden q2) What is the main reason behind your vote for Joe Biden over Donald Trump in November: mainly because you like Joe Biden, mainly because Joe Biden is the party's nominee, or mainly because you oppose Donald Trump?

2c. (If vote Trump q2) What is the main reason behind your vote for Donald Trump over Joe Biden in November: mainly because you like Donald Trump, mainly because Donald Trump is the party's nominee, or mainly because you oppose Joe Biden?

Trump voters are voting for him; Biden voters are voting against Trump.

Quinnipiac doesn't release party breakdowns, but their national poll had a question that can be used as a proxy, assuming only the "die-hard" party members watched the entire conventions.

12. How much, if any, of the - Democratic/Republican National Convention did you watch or listen to: all or most of it, some of it, just a little, or none of it?

Given how popular the RNC convention was, having Democrats outwatching their convention versus Republicans watching theirs, I can only conclude that the Quinnipiac poll oversampled Democrats by at least D+7.

Excellent. I wondered about that and didn't 'get it' until you explained why that had happened. Do you have a ping list? I'd like to be on it if you do.

I do, but I only use it for the election analysis threads that I post. I added you to it.
