ING 3 cups watermelon cubes frozen overnight 3/4 cup cream of coconut 2 tbsp lime juice
METHOD Blender smooth frozen watermelon, cream of coconut, lime juice (or processor).
Serve immediately, or transfer to ice cream container and freezer for later.
It IS fantastic and never fails. I have a loaf rising right now to bake in the morning. :)
