I was at our local Lowes a couple days ago, and all the in-store pricing seems significantly higher than last fall. Online, perhaps not so much. (Maybe.)

Find a ‘lack’ in the market and fill it. It’s the American way!

I am recommending we ALL stock up on the seed we need for next year, still in this year.

Who knows what is around the bend?

Anticipating a rise in prices, we ordered the lumber we needed for our Shed/root cellar even though we had no place to hold it—the lumber yard agreed to keep it till we were ready.

Two by four’s have tripled in price since then.

I should have added - those prices will cool down the house building considerably.
