“Viv[a] le resistance”

This seems to be the first time a and e were used incorrectly by somebody, but there have been many more instances in both tweets by PDJT and Q drops.
This drop (#1559) has always puzzled me but I let it go because I though Lisa Page (who texted it) was just using bad French or Italian.
In English, we just have the neutral article “the”, but in both French and Italian, nouns are either masculine or feminine. In both of those languages “resistance” is feminine, so the article should be “la”.
If Lisa was attempting to use an Italian phrase, resistance is spelled correctly. If she was attempting to speak French, the word is résistance” (with an accent over the e). I decided maybe she didn’t know how to find the é on her phone keyboard.
So in Italian, if Lisa was trying to say “Long live the resistance”, she should have written “Viva la resistance”. She was pretty close and just got the article wrong.
In French, she made 3 mistakes. Long live the resistance in French is “Vive la résistance”.
I’m wondering if Q was trying to tell us not to look at the French, but to look at the Italians as being a key part of the plot.
It’s a bit of a reach ... I know.
