Even that will NOT be enough to make Biden look intelligent. Or even normal.

I would LOVE for this to be true. Then start the debate and let it go for about 15 minutes. Then the Q team starts jamming the comms. Bwahahahaha.

I suppose there could be a variety of types of comms. My top guess would be an earwig device. Imagine Biden with a device in his ear making very annoying noises. :-) That would be so fun to watch.
