If the generals move to take Trump and Pence forcibly out of the White House I cannot imagine them doing it without killing both in order to forestall the possibility that Trump and Pence could make a comeback or turn out to have insuperable support in the people. It would be followed at least for a short time by military rule and massive abrogation of the 1st and 2nd Amendments.
