I don’t know what to think. It is impossible to believe an ET would be able to jam our radar. I mean, they would have to understand that technology and then have the appropriate technology to counter it. That is asking a lot for an intelligent species unless they have colonized earth and studied all of our technology and produced countermeasures, for what reason, who freaking knows?
If that was the case, we should be seeing ass loads of tic tac ships all over the place, not a freaking one off.
Just because the Navy pilot doesn’t think the US or Russia has such tech, does not mean he is in the know. I am going with man-made UFO over ET UFO.

Jamming radar really isn’t that tough. In the end they’re radio signals, hit the same frequencies with a sustained signal they’re jammed.
Me too. . .but having seen a very dark, sharply defined shadow (indicating close to the ground), but the pilot I was with and I could not see it, that was odd, but what was completely boggling was the shadow instantaneously stopped, and then in a moment was back at speed. There is no way any craft could survive a stop, like going 1,000mph and bang, stopping like hitting a wall, and not only the craft, but the beings inside (if there are any) and they would turn to atoms in a micro-second (unless they and their craft are shielded from gravity and has no mass).

If it gets around as fast as they say, maybe all it takes is one. It could see far, see through...advanced technology wouldn't be in just one or two capacities.
And as I've mentioned elsewhere, if it's aliens, I don't think they're here for our stuff -- they can probably make stuff, whatever they want; they're probably here because the one thing you can never satisfy is curiosity.
In one of the videos you can hear one of the pilots say there’s a whole fleet of them (Tic-Tac UFO’s) below them as they focused on the one they locked the radar on in front of them.
