She is right. They are predictable. If you leave the forest unattended and not manage it, it will catch fire at some point. The movie ‘Lion King’ described it as ‘the circle of life’. An analogy would be that if I never mowed my lawn, eventually you wouldn’t be able to see my house. I could do that because I want to ‘protect’ the grass, but frankly, I want my home to be well kept.
