I’ve never understood how shortening business hours encourages social distancing as a COVID mitigation tool. Makes zero sense to me. “To keep crowds down, we’re going to be open even fewer hours each day!”
It is not about disease control.
It is about CONTROL. Period.
If the disease becomes controlled there will be no need for CONTROL.
So to maintain CONTROL the disease must be kept out of control.
