Twisted Sister singer Dee Snider took to social media to condemn anti-maskers who went into a Florida Target store blaring the group’s hit “We’re Not Gonna Take It" while ripping off their masks.
In a tweet Wednesday, Snider called the stunt “moronic," and shared a viral video that was recorded by an upset customer inside the Target at Coral Ridge Mall in Fort Lauderdale. The video had more than 30 million views.
Snider said the group doesn't have his “permission or blessing to use my song for their moronic cause."

During the very early 1990s, there was a review on MTV of the hair metal bands; when it was TS’s turn, the song that was reviewed was “We’re Not Gonna Take It”, and the commentator said of the band’s image “they looked like they ‘took it’ all the time!”
Well as Lady GAGA said.....”Hollywood has given me a platform to speak”..........they all think once a part of Hollywood they have earned that...not realizing people don’t give a crap.

Snider’s no idiot. He knows there isn’t a thing he can do about it if people want to march through a store singing his song. He’s sending out a message to the woke Hollywood and East Coast beautiful people that he’s on their side. Being invited to the right parties is more important than your pride in some circles.
I doubt he ever has been, or will be, invited to the right parties.
