Both Barrett and Lagoa are Catholic. In assuming their anti-abortion stances, Demon Judiciary Cmte members will criticize many of our devout Catholic beliefs. Yes, Evangelicals should be insulted too, because they understand the need to vote pro-life better than us - but they won’t be attacked by name.

Also, one of the key election swing voter cohorts is Catholics.

IMHO - Nothing would be better than a direct vote to sort the real Catholics from the frauds. All is well because God will do it anyway, but it’d be an earthly gift of knowledge, and maybe conversion.

This nomination to the Supreme Court can (will) work in Trump’s favor in every way.

Nominate and vote BEFORE the election.

1. Win. It’s over with.
2. Lose (still a win)
a. Use the loss to show why Trump needs to win reelection and needs to keep and add seats to the Senate.

b. Bring her back up after the election (win or lose) and get Collins and Murkowski’s votes to confirm. Over with.

c. If Trump loses, nominate the most radical, rabid, constitutional conservative there is and RAM them through the Senate.

d. A recess appointment is also a possible alternative.

Like Trump just said “We’ve got time, January 20th, right?”

Of course, very important to get this done BEFORE the election, if possible, because of likely election shenanigans (legal challenges) by the Democrats.

In EVERY way this is a guaranteed Trump appointment of a Conservative to the court.

There is NOTHING the Demonrats can do to prevent it.
