From what I understand masks do a decent job of limiting aerosols from an infected person. Once the aerosol is airborne, masks are next to useless.
So how can it prevent spread, but once in the air not prevent spread — the masks are not exactly unidirectional 8-)
The whole mask thing is a total scam
And if the air is moving...like being outside...I'd say the 15 minutes is moot.

I’ve seen zero evidence for that. I also note that my mask fogs my glasses, so I assume it it forcing the air I exhale DOWN into going UP & OUT - where it can stay airborne easier.
