I agree. It didn’t flow well, lacked many facts, and every paragraph was organized such that the author clearly wanted to propagandize the Trump Administration as being wrong. That made it overall difficult to follow
It had the feel of a high school term paper. Probably was produced by a cub reporter, and recent graduate from a US “journalism school,” working at a shlock media outlet (Vice)
Vice was once edgy and gonzo but the founder sold the magazine (and it resold a couple of times). He went on to found the Proud Boys and Lefties went on the run/ruin his magazine.
Article has the earmarks of a disordered mind trying to convey a story without comprehending the details so the story comes out in a jumbled order of facts.
