Solid red state with an 'establishment' GOP representative. POTUS should endorse her Democrat opponent just b4 election day. With a GOP surge we can afford one loss for 2 years. Put a real scare into all the never-Trumpers. She had no business running in the Senate primary against an established GOP Senator while carpetbagging from Va. She wanted the easy way in without working hard-entitlement. Now the 'difficult' choice for her is to stay on as a future Speaker or move to the upper chamber when the old guy quits. I say nip it in the bud right in front of her parents.
Nope. I don’t care much for Liz, but the GOP has (I think) an outside chance of getting back the House. They can’t afford to sacrifice any seat, not even Cheney’s.
Win or lose, one seat doesn’t matter much, but giving the Establishment a big black eye surely does.

Kinda remnds me of Speaker Pelosi. A younger lefty could replace her 80 year old a$$ but only she is good enough to be speaker when it’s time to enjoy the grandchildren. They’re in it for themselves. Trump is shaking up the GOP in his image and this would be a big step forward.
Liz is a threat to become speaker, I want her out of there unless that seat means the majority and we cannot know that.

That’s not even a remote possibility. McCarthy would likely be the next GOP Speaker, and I seriously doubt that Cheney could get anywhere near enough support to be voted Speaker.
Barasso is up in 24’ and not too young. Cheney might be too ambitious to wait 4 years.
Can’t punish her in the house. They don’t do things that way.
With Trump endorsing the Democrat at the last minute it will raise a lot of eyebrows and Democrats in other states might have second thoughts about him.

It’s not just one seat. Collins is likely toast in Maine and McSally is in trouble in AZ. David Purdue here in GA could have a problem. We absolutely cannot lose the Senate.
