I think he will do the first one. I think Biden will back out as soon as he has an OK debate. Whether that is after the first or second, I don’t know.

Biden will only back out if they can somehow blame the cancelling of the debate on Trump. Which means it could happen.

Given today’s declassification, Biden became the subject of a criminal investigation. It was speculation prior to that declassification. There is more than enough there for an indictment.
