In all of this Flynn v Sullivan stuff, I think we are being SHOWN the utter lack of accountability in the Judiciary.
Who is Sullivan’s “boss” to whom he would be held accountable.
Is there anyone higher up to rein him in?
He is supposed to protect and defend the Constitution but, in Sullivan’s case, he has twisted, knotted and ruined the clear meaning of the Constitution.
He has violated his oath and disgraced the administration that put him there.
He is a renegade, and ego run amok.
Think about this...we the people give assent to the governing yet we cannot remove this destructive man from his position.
Hw will win and there is NOTHING we can do about it.
Not even POTUS can do anything on our behalf.

There are checks on the judiciary. Unfortunately Congress refuses to exercise them.
I was ugly to bitt because I misunderstood a post. But the misunderstood post was not bitt’s fault, bitt was quite clear - it was my fault.
My ego was bruised over a misread post, the mis read was mine, of course.
