You raise a fair point. The stores, by and large, are not coming up with this mask policy on their own. They are being compelled to do so by Big Brother.

But my previous comment still stands. If a store - for whatever reason - has a certain policy, follow that policy or go shop somewhere. Respect property rights.

And if you don’t like Big Brother’s mandate, by all means resist! Resist in public parks, on sidewalks, and at government buildings. But resisting while on someone else’s private property - that’s aiming at the wrong target.

When I get turned away because I’m sans mask I just say fine, I won’t spend any money here, and go on my way.

Almost right.
Your conclusion wrong.
The citizen is not “targeting” anyone.
Neither are the stores.

The government’s target is the citizen and the gun being used is businesses.
If you can’t disable the shooter, try to make the weapon unusable or turn the weapon on the shooter.
It’s war and war is hell.
