He is not bowing out of anything. Trump is the ratings magnet not Biden, going back to “The Apprentice “ which was one of the highest rated TV program in recent history.
Biden can't even get a 100 people to attend his rallies.
Trump can hold a rollicking townhall with Levin on the night of the debate and pull in vastly more viewers than Biden ever could. They change the rules, and there will be no Trump at their "debate".
