Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

I agree with everything you wrote -- BUT, how do we maintain the (proper) critical functions of those organizations while we "drain the swamp"?
I recommend you read this post of mine from another thread -- that begins to address rebuilding the FBI. That answer isn't complete -- but it begins to address the issues of "Cleansing and Rebuilding" the FBI, with which I'm somewhat familiar.

When we've dumped swampcritter Wray, the top of the FBI will be pretty well "gutted" of swampcritters.
Next, we have to rebuild the functions --- but not by hiring more swampcritters "from within the ranks"-- as we did with Wray.

Looks to me like the left is deliberately infecting as many people as they can - people that they don’t agree with and don’t like, any way.
In other words, they’re giving the Rona to American patriots.
They say the answer to your problem is your next problem. . . I can’t help but root for the Hawaiians. They’ll never get the haoles out of Oahu (because we could not give up Pearl Harbor nor let anybody else have it) but I think you could let them govern Molokai, Lanai, and Maui right now and it wouldn’t be unfair. Maybe Big Island too. Kauai I think is too enwrapped in national defense as well.
But what do I know. Very little.
