Actually a lot of people. We had a guy offer us a LOT of cash for our house most recently. Bad because it was a lowball offer. We said no. His parents are from the middle east. I don’t mind if he buys my house, but for the love of Petey, don’t lowball us. If we wanted that price we could have sold this house a year ago. SMH.
