You sound like the "Defund the Police" dumb@$$3$. So -- without planning for replacements, you want to kill off the primary interstate crime fighting organization -- and the main organization that keeps an eye on little troublemakers like Iran, China, etc.

Not much into long-range planning, are you? The term that comes to mind is, "simpleton"...
