It seems like there is a “Story” drifting around that Haspel is foot dragging to protect the Brit scoundrels because she is such an Anglophile ... she just can’t stand the thought of embarrassing the gentle limeys.
But of course, given her organization, there would be layer after layer of cover stories for what really happened, and getting to the bottom will be like disassembling an onion.
Its likely that Haspell has never given up her” 41 days” and is indeed a deeper state op than most.
Chances are real good she had a hand in running Crossfire Hurricane as well.
