I read on here some time ago that Bammie pardoned Cabbage Fart, so IF that happened can she still be sent to Military Tribunal for her hearing since she was S of S when she did SOME of her smelly stuff???

I’d like to see her perp-walked. Second choice - she’s a victim of her own scheme. Like when the Russian torpedo returns to the ship that launched it (you’ve killed us, you idiot!) in Red October. :)
The pardon would only apply up to the point it was issued. I'm sure she has committed numerous crimes since then.
That said, I thought pardons were only for people convicted of a crime. Someone here will know.
I’m just going to say that I am skeptical there are “Secret” pardons for anyone.
Hillary is immune (or thinks she is) because she is “Too big” to prosecute. I’m pretty sure a lot of people in government believe this to be the case.
Hopefully they will at last be proven wrong. Her TREASON includes the massive sell-out of America to both Russia and China.
Sadly, she probably cannot be prosecuted for some of her most heinous crimes like the destruction of Libya.
