You made me laugh out loud. It seems to be a put-on. Nobody in their right mind appears in public looking like a bad hallowe’en costume, complete with smeared makeup, priest collar, unkempt hair and a ball cap.
It’s got to be a joke - or the individual is truly mentally ill.
