Life never comes from non life. Its scientific law.
Put carbon and oxygen and helium etc in a little bag wait one trillion years there will be nothing alive in there.

One of the scientists tells another, Go get a bucket of dirt.

True, because there is no energy input or enough possible combinations in a little bag.

The idea is that the young is mostly organic and as we age we attain a more mineral state until we turn to complete dust.
This whole mission sounds to me like another political agenda of science. Science is not perfect but making it perfect is the policy error. Only pure reason is perfect. Scientists nowadays are not answering to philosophy, and they are just as militant as the religious they blame for being irrational.
Helium is not an "ingredient for life."
There is not a single living organism in existence on Earth that utilizes Helium in its metabolism.
