The round thing with wires are capacitors. The ribbon wires look like what you would attach to a motherboard.
The vests are the part that raise an eyebrow. Send it to the FBI as well, maybe the Secret Service if they are going to be around.
I’ve been in electronics for years. I saw the capacitors, too. kind of hard to make out some of the stuff. Soldering iron, with magnets and what looked like the guts of an electric motor.
Wires, soldering iron, electric motors..... vest.... Muslims.... Yep, I’m calling the FBI/SS/ATF/INS/DHS and my local police. Since the president is supposed to be coming to your town, I would call the Secret Service first.
