My father, who is 79, was not doing well for the last few weeks. For the past two weeks he has been unable to walk and we installed a hospital bed downstairs and he is receiving care at home but it does not look good. He sometimes gets confused and for 2-3 days now he is not eating and not drinking a lot. The doctors do not think he will live long (the give him a few days so I wanted to ask for your help in praying for his health.
I refuse to give him up and although he knows he will die soon, he has some fight still left in him. But like I said it looks really bad. There is little the medics can do at this point so I just hope for the best somehow.

Father we ask that you extend the life of knighthawks father a little longer. Let him be comfortable and share his extra time with his family until they can accept your decision to take him home. Death is not an ending, it is merely a parting.
Praying to God to restore your father’s spirit and to strengthen him for the journey ahead.
Prayers for you, too, that the Lord will reward your love and faithfulness by seeing you through this most difficult time.
May God and His Eternal Son have infinite mercy. May Be give what is needed and calm to you .

Dear Father, Hear my prayer for a revival for the Father of this one who asks for more time with him. Seconds and minutes are a precious gift, perhaps a few hours or even days? If it be your will as a comfort or a gift. It is in your power to give life and take it back. Thy will be done I pray humbly, in Jesus name.
