In a pinch you can substitute Querceitn (which is OTC) with Zinc.
I take that daily.

That’s what I used when I contracted it. I’m 70, and it took me 12 days to beat it. I credit Quercetin and zinc for taming it at the beginning and for the recovery. Without it, I believe I’d have been way worse off.
quercetin (kale extract, approximately) and ecgc (green tea extract) are both zinc ionophores. The latter is available at Costco. The former, at Super Supplements.
I also stock actual tonic water in case.
And, I’d go get actual hydrochlorquine if I was actually feeling early symptoms.
