I have always said until the COVID-19 vaccines start rolling out at the end of 2020, don’t expect cruise lines to operate until at least March 2021. I expect both Carnival and Royal Caribbean to start cruises on a very limited basis in March 2021 and fully ramp up by the end of 2021.

ROYAL CARRIBEAN has joined NORWEGIAN today in shutting down cruises in this country for the rest of the year.
The Question is will CARNIVAL join them shortly?
