A mask mandate would be the ideal test of enforcement of a Stasi like agency.

He’s not President now so he can say whatever he wants. He can make edicts once or if he gets in. Why are people even asking him what he wants or listens he has no authority.

The police won't be able to arrest criminals because they will be too busy arresting people for not wearing masks.

But they will have to do it for free because of defunding of the police.
