A friend just sent this video she recorded election night.
Start of video PA total votes are:
Trump 1,690,589 Biden 1,252,537
At the end of the video the totals on the screen are for PA are:
Trump 1,670,631. -19,958 votes Biden 1,272,495. +19,958 What a coincidence!

Montgomery and Delaware Counties are where I think the president’s legal team has to look. The numbers for Biden there are 65,000+ higher than for Hillary in 2016 for Montco and 35k higher in Delaware county. It stinks of fraud. Montgomery County is Josh Shapiro’s home county. Why does the rest of the state look comparable to 2016...other than a Trump bump across all. Biden got 10,000 less votes in Philly than Hillary did and I think that is because he lost a lot of blacks. Makes no sense that these counties were so high.
Someone posted a video of M. C. Hammer on twitter and it got flagged as potential election disinformation.

This is EXACTLY how this thing is described to work. It doesn’t alter the math in terms of how many ballots have been scanned - it just flips whom they went to, up to 3%. All to go unnoticed. Which is why there’s so many “Biden only with no other down-ticket votes” because they had to manufacture 100’s of 1000’s of ballots for the software to have enough Biden votes, it was a landslide for PDJT and this software flipping votes wasn’t going to have enough to matter.
This is really quite clever and sinister. This could have been used anywhere, even in Democrat primaries. People would just not notice...
We should just go through EACH AND EVERY tally update during the election, as broadcast, for every second of the election and you’d be able to see each instance.
I’m hearing that the key counties in the various Swing states, i.e. those counties that are the bellweather for the entire state ALL went for Trump, and yet he lost the state?

I’m surprised that someone as smart as Karl Rove would not touch on this? In fact he’s already in the tank declaring Trump a loser.

Yes — the second time Pennsylvania results come up, Trump has 19,958 fewer votes than he did before, and Biden has 19,958 more.

Even weirder was the video captured of them taking 40,000+ votes away from the Libertarian candidate and giving them to Biden. Michigan I think; the Lib candidate was a woman.
And that addition and subtraction results in a 39,916 net change in the election leader
