Harley Rouda
Thanks to the incredible energy brought by our thousands of grassroots volunteers, I was proud to be the first Democrat ever to represent #CA48.
So that’s a Democrat. Probably won it by cheating too.
I’m confused on this. Did this Dem just ‘flip’ a Republican held seat? or ?????
I wonder what happens when you take out the (likely) fraud? You could probably give a few more seats in CA back to the GOP.
Great news that the dem that beat Rohrabacher has now been beat.
I think this was the first time the GOP flipped a U.S. House held by a Democrat in a general election since 1998.
The CA-25 pickup by the GOP earlier this year was in a special election.
The last I saw was Steele (R) winning by 1.8 %, but that the race hasn’t been “called”.
Has it been?
The Vietnamese community most likely deserves the credit.
I “WAS” proud...
Democrat to Republican?
A Republican flipped CA-48.
This was U.S. Rep. Harley Ronda (D) conceding the CA-48 election to the GOP opponent, Michelle Steel.
We did not win this election. And while it isnt the outcome we had hoped for, its never been more important....
Confirmed:
REPUBLICAN Pick Up
Well what do you know!
FEMALE
ASIAN
REPUBLICAN
Totally against the narrative.
The Slanderous commercials against Steele were on all the time.
Thank you. It’s good to know we picked off another CA Dim seat.
Rouda conceded to Michelle Steel.
It’s because the Asian vote is ripe for picking from the Dems big time.
Thanks for the clarification. Now THATS a concession statement that puts the best face in a bad outcome for the candidate!
What about Issa in San Diego county? Also Young Kim was leading the last I saw in Orange County. Anyways this is good news.
If we keep it up we will have Nancys gavel THAT would be glorious!!! HOWEVER how in the hell can WE have all of this success and Trump lose #STOP THE STEAL
Rouda won in 2018 because the Democrats ballot harvested and the Republicans did not. Not so this time.
