Weird as it may sound, they may not realize that they can. There was a Consent Decree (IIRC, it was implemented during the Reagan years or very shortly thereafter), wherein speaking out about allegations of fraud -- specifically by Republicans -- was forbidden. That Consent Decree was to last for 30 years

Republicans tend to be optimists. We simply do not like to believe conspiracy theories.

That being said, it is time we start paying attention: remember all those Republican seats in CA that were suddenly lost in the dead-of-night as the vote-counting continued during 2018?

This is exactly what happened in the 5 cities this year.

The same thing will happen in Atlanta come January 6.

We need to get people to understand this. Dominion Systems is the tool of the coup.
