Nathan Apodaca has finally become a homeowner.
The 37-year-old TikTok star, who also goes by the name Doggface, recently purchased a house in his hometown in Idaho Falls, Idaho, according to TMZ.
The house contains five bedrooms and three bathrooms; Apodaca reportedly paid $320,000 in cash and will receive the keys to his new place some time next week.

Sounds like a smart guy. I’m sure he knows his fame is very short, and has taken the money he has raked in and bought a house for cash, which he will not have to pay on for the rest of his life. He has been on a TikTok commercial which is very popular and I’m sure they have paid him a mint. I think Ocean Spray gave him a car. Your average dumb ass would go out and buy a house that would get foreclosed on within a year.
This guy was way cool. Broke down vehicle on the way to work and he is smiling and making it work.

I will say, Idaho Falls is a fantastic little city. The hiking/biking path along the Snake River is just gorgeous. And Yellowstone and Grand Teton National parks are less than two hours away.

If someone gives you a house for 320k for free, fully paid for..... it’s about 8k per year to keep up for taxes/depreciation/maintenance.
Instead. Imagine how many sleeping bags and card board boxes this guy could have owned? Set for life, but now, he became “civilized”. Fool, utter fool...
He should have put a little money down on a house while putting most of the rest in stocks. He could have double, triple etc the money in a few years as I have with mine.
His video is funny & spawned lots of spoofs also.
