Alan Dershowitz, a Harvard Law professor emeritus, said President Donald Trump has several legal paths to a 2020 victory. Last week, Dershowitz noted that if Trump can “keep the Biden count below 270, then the matter goes to the House of Representatives, where, of course, there is a Republican majority among the delegations of states, and you vote by state if it goes to the House. “Congress has the absolute right to reject the submitted Electoral College votes of any state, which we believe has such a shoddy election system that you can’t trust the election results that those states are submitting to us, that they’re suspect,” Brooks said. “And I’m not going to put my name in support of any state that employs an election system that I don’t have confidence in.”

We have an entire cabal of eminently qualified constitutional law experts active here who have posted repeatedly that they are far more qualified than Dershowitz. They say that all is lost in the court system and that this entire battle is lost.
It really shouldn’t take a constitutional scholar to know this.
WE THE PEOPLE have GOT to LEARN or re-learn and understand AND DEMAND ENFOCEMENT OF the U.S. Constitution, our ONLY legal bulwark against the tyranny of the now 80%+ unconstitutional federal government poised to become a totally unconstitutional Marxist dictatorship once the wrong guy is in there.
Take this election straight to Republican state legislatures, the House and the SCOTUS.

Many Republicans in many jurisdictions are in on it, and the scam has been running for many election cycles. This explains their reluctance to speak up.
There was a reason that God wanted the Jews to spend 40 years in the desert after being freed from bondage in Egypt, before storming into Canaan.

He's absolutely right … also minimize Rudy Giuliani's time in front of the camera at press conferences. Sweating profusely with hair dye running down your face is not the image you want to project.
Dershowitz doesn’t think these phony election results will be reversed.
It will be reversed.
The alternative would be a full blown second revolution and nobody wants that.
Trump will be the President for a second term.
I pray he will also be President in 2024 for a third term. Violating one provision of the Constitution to save the rest of the Constitution and our Free Constitutional Republic would be worth it IMO.
