Good news. Thank you for sharing this, and prayers up for the lawyers pursuing this action.

When do the actual fraud cases get filed in any court by the President’s team?

Regardless of who wins at this level, the speed at which it’s moving is good news as it’s going to the SC for final arbitration.

Article 2, Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct
I see no clause allowing the Governor, Secretary of State or State Courts being granted anything???

What’s the ideological make-up of the 3rd circuit?
And did they do this to keep Alito from snapping it up?
To: BlackFemaleArmyColonel
That is a big step towards the SC.

now we begin to see some progress. we can only hope for some genuine justice to true the vote and stop the election theft.
however, there are at least 8 Obama or Clinton judges on this court .. it is a very mixed court... 4 PDJT judges...some Busies and Reagans still there
will they issue a just decision or a political decision?
well, it may not matter to much since in all probability the matter will wind up at US Supreme Court anyway

It appears that this is the case from the Middle District of PA that Judge Brann dismissed. In his ruling, in large part, was based on a recent Third Circuit case, Bognet v. Secretary Commonwealth of Pennsylvania denying the Trump campaign, i.e, the corporation, not the candidate, standing to litigate contested election issues. It is possible for a different panel of the Third Circuit to come to a different conclussion, as have other circuits. That means that the case would get decided by the Third Circuit en banc, or SCOTUS.

Justice Alito is assigned to the Third Circuit.
The folks in Pennsylvania IGNORED his directive to separate the ballots that came AFTER the Legislated deadline of 8 PM November 3.

Remember that the main plaintiff in this case is the Trump campaign, not the candidate. So, regardless of that decision, President Trump himself could file a separate action, which isn’t barred. I suspect that there must be some benefit to have the campaign bring the lawsuit, i.e., getting contributions to pay for legal costs.
