I hate to admit how little I know of this sort of thing, but... will this case be decided by one judge (and we hope they get a Republican in the luck of the draw) or does it go before a whole panel of them, like (I guess) the Supreme Court does it...?
When Dr Franklin says “en banc” it means the whole panel.
One panel can differ from another panel so you go to the whole panel.

Alito decides to show up
I havent read the Executive Order from Trump that has bearing on this that expedited the process so dont know how that plays into it.
