All enzymes work on inflammation when taken on an empty stomach. When taken with food, they aid in digestion. Systemic Enzymes are assimilated through our exocrine system and we only have a finate supply. By taking them by mouth, you prolong the supply. They are the single most important protection against abnormal inflammatory processes that occur in the human body.
PVP iodine has been shown to kill the virus in lab experiments.
I have it in a nasal spray.
Havent used it in my mouth because worried about staining my teeth
Betadine makes a gargle.
A trial out of India this week dosed people with 60,000IU of Vitamin D AFTER they were positive. It has better results than standard of care and they cleared the virus sooner. The problem is Vitamin D takes 7-10 days to get metabolized in the liver.
Of course, some of it metabolizes immediately so the benefit does start soon, it's just a long ramp up if your D levels were low.
In three weeks, I will have been cancer-free for 40 years. I was given a 15% chance of living another 2 years. So if I subtract those two years, I look at it as 38 years of gravy. I don’t plan on letting this get me.
I found this article a couple of years back ... very interesting how low levels of D appear to be implicated with “regular” influenza & now also COVID.
This is an article on the Vitamin D “Hammer”. It is a serious article by doctors who have used this in their practice. It’s only 4 paragraphs ... worth your time.
Vitamin D for influenza

THat is a heck of story...and one that cancer patients dream of- and why they dont give up.
Book marked
Yes I also take digestive enzymes about every meal, and an acid supplement. Been doing that for 6 years.
The final piece for me was the vitamin A. I take about 10000 IU a couple times a week.
I got super sick back in 2014 and was diagnosed with multiple intestinal infections including c-diff. Thought I was dying. Went to a natural practitioner and did IV ozone therapy on me. It was stunning that lymphnodes which had been swollen for months drained within 2 hrs after the first treatment. Two more rounds knocked it out 100%. The pioneer in that field is a ND out of the northwest. He claimed that the ozone protocol could knock out Ebola infection within 2-3 days.
Interesting. I do the saline flush on a regular basis, as I have always had sinus troubles. Never tried iodine in the nose. I have actually tried a VERY dilute apple cider vinegar in the nasal flush. Very unpleasant, but works wonders at night.
HCL should be taken after a meal. Digestive enzymes before a meal. Also, systemic enzymes do not have their own locomotion. They must be titrated to have ootimal effect. One way to do it, is with HCL take about 2-2.5 hours after food then wait another hour to take the enzymes.
I only do it when I come home from excursions. I am weird about things messing up the nasal passage.
You can do research and see ENT drs and dentists doing this with patients.
Also, saw a post on Texags by a DR saying he tells people to use baby shampoo rinse in nose as a regular matter..i think it was after surgery but dont remember
So I also put some gentle soap up there with my finger and let it sit for about a minute
“...it’s just a long ramp up if your D levels were low.”
So it would seem to be reasonable medical advice to either get full body sun exposure daily, or take the D3 daily, or a combination thereof. Get tested at least annually.
It is absolutely criminal that conventional medicine does not have vitamin D blood level testing in the standard of care, at least that i am aware of.
As to vitamin C, Dr Fred Klenner MD who used ascorbic acid extensively in his practice for many things a long time ago, suggested that an attending MD should immediately commence IV vitamin C on any patient with an infection, as the MD is considering the DX and plan of action for treatment.
Vitamin C is incredible. Dr Levy said that it can even be administered intramuscularly if the patient cannot handle an IV. A friend of mine who had taken chemo wanted to do the vitamin C, but the chemo had collapsed his veins.
Not that I did not know. You’ve taught me something new. I use the Research Biotics brand for the enzymes and another for the HCl. So HCl how long after after the meal, if I do enzymes before?
In recent years, a really big suspect has become arsenic.
First of all, even a small exposure inhibits the immune system from detecting novel pathogens, allowing them to establish themselves. Then when they are detected, the immune system overreacts with the cytokine storm.
For this reason, though arsenic is quite common from water wells (USGS), the EPA prohibits it in drinking water greater than 10 ppb (parts per billion), a ridiculously small amount.
https://www.wired.com/2013/09/arsenic-nation/
However, this being said, all this shows is that arsenic can *artificially induce* a cytokine storm. It does not mean that arsenic is the only thing that can do it, or that it is even a frequent cause of cytokine storms.
That is interesting. Dont know if we were on a well system or not. Dont remember anything in the ground .
I take 5000 units of vitamin D every day because the chemo I had several years ago killed my body’s ability to make it.
5-10 minutes after an average size meal.
Thanks. Good to know.
I take 5,000 IU daily to manage chronic urticaria (hives). After doing a bunch of research, I ran across a study on using Vit D and it works for me. On occasion, I have to take an antihistamine too, but if I take Vit D first thing in the morning, I’m usually good for the day. If I mow grass or do something where I am getting hives later in the day, another 5K will usually resolve the issue. It’s rather amazing, actually that this works. Vit D is actually a hormone and the more research that is done, the more the realization about how important it is in many processes in our bodies.
Thanks for that post/ info.
