As I understand it, this is what he found.
What Dominion did was similar to infecting a tree (the image I found helpful). Its algorithm worked like a virus spreading down in a tree structure. On top of the tree stands the winning ratio you want for Biden. The virus then can take on various forms. The virus itself is a ratio. It will always be a certain type of ratio, not any (I describe more below). So imagine ratios to be viruses. But only very specific ratios, favoring Biden each time. Through the Dominion algorithm, these viruses (These ratios) will be migrated downwards into the tree branches. They will thereby infect precincts (which the tree branches stand for).
This continues until the top of the tree produces a winning Biden margin.
Here in detail: Solomon took the raw voting data from the NY Times, so everything that ever got reported, including the time stamps.
He listed this data and looked at the ratios between Trump votes and Total votes.
Here he found a pattern.
As you would expect, there are always „some“ ratios. So in one precinct, say Trump may have gotten 60 votes out of 100 total, which would be a ratio of 60% or 6 out of 10. Normally, this ratio will cahnge [sic]a bit during the day.
Also, there will be other precincts which will - by pure chance - display the same ratio at some other time. Maybe precinct A had a 30% ratio at 10 a.m, and precinct B had 30% at 11 p.m, where meanwhile precinct A‘s ratio has again changed. That would be chance and no problem.
Here, it was different.
Precinct A had say 30% Trump votes for quite some time. When it updated its ratio and confirmed the 30% yet once more, then, within a few minutes, precinct B (some other precinct or various precincts) would suddenly also report this exact same ratio of 30% and keep it for some time going forward.
What makes this look suspicious? This „contagious“ spread of ratios happened hundreds of times with a certain number of fixed ratios. Each time of these instances, one precinct seemed to „spread its ratio“ to other precincts within minutes. This is odd and cannot happen in such many instances by mere chance. This is a clear pattern of someone spreading ratios, infecting the statistics so to speak.
Solomon then analyzed these spreading (transferring) ratios. He found, that there was a certain number of such ratios that would spread again and again. So not „any“ ratio, but „certain“ types would spread, like 1:48 for example (against Trump each time (of course)). Those ratios never had prime numbers in the denominators, which is not possible in a statistical sample. But if you do the „spreading mechanism“ which I will try to describe below, you need certain non prime numbers - so yet another indication of the truth of this fraud.
Anyways, next step: Since Trump received so many votes, the desired ratios (favoring Biden each time) to be spread could only be achieved by vote flipping.
In order to flip votes, the following was done. If Biden needs say 200.000 votes for every 100.000 that Trump gets to get a thus „desired ratio“, then the algorith [sic] would do this.
Dominion would spread (as he shows in the video) one of a certain finite number of such „magic“ ratios (like say 4:65) over like 3 precintcs [sic] to begin with. When a global update comes, it will transfer the workload of the ratio 4:65 down for example onto even more precincts. And it transfers the ratio again later when more votes are needed to be flipped. Each time when you yet need more votes to get your desired 200.000 to 100.000 ratio to favor Biden, the ratio is transfered [sic]down (like in a tree growing downwards) to yet more precincts (over time). This spreading sort of makes each flipping become less visible and findable per precinct. The fraud in each precinct thereby becomes „smaller“ (numberwise) as I understand it. But in the sum, all fraudulent precincts add up to the big planned fraud - the ratio which was defined in the beginning (100.000 for Trump 200.000 for Biden).
So: The desired ratios kept being transfered [sic] to precincts, each time within minutes, to make up the desired top ratio (like 100.000:200.000).
It is not that taking each precincts and applying a ratio was done, but the evil secret lay in this tree structure: by applying multiple ratios (non prime) down to ever more precincts, which made the fraud seemingly small, such that when they all come back to a certain desired number (like 200.000 for Biden), they add up to the total number that is required to flip the margin.

Summary: Final hijacked state is 287,424 total votes. 242,434 Biden, 42,109 Trump, Net gain 200,325
Final hijacked state is 14.65% Trump.
All hijacked precincts after release report: 93,327 Trump out of 504,700. That is 18.49%, if we subtract the hijacked votes from the final aggregate state we get: 51,218 Trump out of 217,276, which is 23.57% Trump.
That the final hijacked state of all precincts can have their total votes changed to a uniform number, such as 20,000 total votes per precinct, and the percentage remains the same (14.65%), which is proof that a simple linear algebra algorithm was adjusting requisite precinct totals against a flat polarized template.
The precincts seized more than once were most likely to be early in alphanumeric order, proving the software takes the first available precinct from an ordered alphanumeric list by County, Precinct.
1: There are 371 unique precincts were this investigation. 2: There are 182 unique precincts involved in more than one ratio transfer. 3: There are 217 unique ratios were transferred.
4: That… A: Clayton County has only 2 precincts in multi ratio transfers. B: That Dekalb has 19 precincts in multi transfers. C: That Fulton boasts a staggering 157 precincts in multi ratio transfers. D: That Gwinnett has only 3 precincts in multi ratio transfers.
5: In accordance to the Mothersheet and the original SCYTL and NYT Data, there are 1041 total precincts 6: In accordance to the Mothersheet and the original SCYTL and NYT Data, there are 12681 unique overall ratios.
7: That 1.71% of the unique ratios are confirmed, post analysis and investiation [sic], to be true positives, that no false positives were caught, nor any false negatives ignored.
That of these 1.71% of the ratios, (217/12681), 246 precincts from Fulton are involved (66.30% of all precincts caught), and 71 precincts from DeKalb (19.13% of all precincts caught are involved.
8: That DeKalb has 190 precincts from the original database; that Fulton has 383 precincts on the from the original database. Furthermore that this means 37.3% of DeKalb’s precincts are involved, and likewise that 64.2% of Fulton’s precinctswere [sic] involved, and that this “Ratio Transfer” phenomenon does not even occur once in several of the counties in the Mothersheet (Rockdale and Newton), only twice in Henry County, and only 6 times in Cobb, which itself has over 100 precincts (thus less than 6% of its precincts have been flagged. Which is ten times as many less than Fulton’s by proportion)."

That a distinct Wheel Number of 2231 was found, such that the virtual precincts were divided into 23 branches with 97 leaves; all wheel numbers above 2231 fail catastrophically (with polynomial increases of failure in the immediate range above 2231) until the trivial limit at the highest recorded denominator of 3784 (Fulton Precinct AP01A, November 5th, 21:16 AM).
10: That the fraud is proven by the fact that all hijacked precincts in their final states can be filled with the same number of votes per precincts, and it equals the same flip of trump to total (confirming a live algorithm was balancing the zero point average from a blank template using equal weight on each precinct).

The algorithm, looks at the final votes they want, and the totals so far, and figures out certain ratios to flip new precincts to, and how to pad additional votes in already-reporting precincts, to get the final numbers.
This is why they wanted early voting.
But Trump's blitz of, what was it, 21 rallies in the final week, blew away the ability of their algorithms to cope, so they had to resort to open naked vote dumps in the middle of the night.
