I think this is exactly right. Politicians will be politicians.
If it’s accurate that a preference does exist for landing this contest in the US HOR, then possibly there is little trust in the US Supreme Court.
I believe the whole Civil side of Trump’s legal action *should* land in the House and the numbers alone play better for Trump, at this point.
The whole criminal side of the legal action taken *should* land at Gitmo Spa, on the lap of Sydney Kracken Powell.

I believe the issue is that our side of SCOTUS are Constitutionalists and are going to have to find a solution within the Constitution.
Even in Bush v. Gore the Court did not simply "Award the election" to Bush as the RATs claim. They found an argument based upon "Equal protection under the law" (part of the 14th Amendment) for stopping the spurious, crooked Gore recounts.
I am confident our 5-4 majority will also seek to find a way to block the fraudulent ChinaBiden "election", thereby upholding the Rule of Law as is their Duty.
