They have docketed the Texas case, which means that the case meets the filing requirements. Not sure if they will actually hear it or not, yet.

I’d like to hear their take on the PA case. I quickly scanned the response, it was brutal, dismissive and pretty insulting to the attorneys.
It says “injunctive relief” - that read to me meaning in entirety. As noted by others, this case is semi moot given the same issue is presented by Texas which has better + greater standing.
