I have a feeling the Canadian Provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba would also want to come along, as well as Alaska.
My only issue is I want Great Nebraska to be a single state (Nebraska, the Dakotas, and parts of Wyoming.)
Set that up as a country once in a Hearts of Iron PC game, and have been toying with the fiction every since!
