NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Police released new video of a random attack that was caught on camera last month in the Bronx.
It happened in broad daylight shortly before 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 28 along Southern Boulevard.
Surveillance video shows the suspect walk up to a 32-year-old woman and backhand her in the face.
Police said the victim was taken to an area hospital with injuries to her head.

Says blue in the article but that looks to be a pink sweater with a handbag over his shoulder? But at least we have height and weight. No other, ahem, details listed. That would be unfair.

Does anyone know the ethnicity of the attacker? Height/weight mentioned, but not ethnicity. Would go a long way in identifying perp. Amish again?

The attacker clearly is wearing one.
It appears, from the photo, that the victim may not be.
This isn’t really news.
The same thing happened to me when I was visiting NYC. I was standing in line to get something from a deli and a (black) man approached me and punch me in the arm. Out of the blue, unprovoked. Then he apologized and walked away.
Without seeing it, I’m presuming it is not random but someone who disagrees with the color of someone’s skin.
Blacks commit 85 percent of interracial violent crime.
But the Media, the Democrats, Hollywood etc - in the greatest gaslighting ever - convince idiots that the opposite is true, that “Blacks in America live in mortal peril of white racism”.
So this woman, and thousands like her, are forgotten and ignored. Made disposable.
