On the contrary, to my eye it is quite instructive that @LLinWood calls out CJ Roberts just a few days before POTUS tweets that HE is applying for SCOTUS certiori; the FIRST Trump case sent before the SCOTUS.
Roberts has been put into a bind by @LLinWood publicly calling him out to resign.
