what doesnt make sense on this is that they are going by 2019 income when things were rolling. A lot of those people are not going to be making that kind of money in 2020

They want to call Trump’s bluff but they forgot Trump doesn’t bluff. The Repukes will have to pass it or get crushed by a standalone bill that does exactly what the Republican President asked for. If this is signed by Trump it’s a victory by everyone except the Repukes. Maybe it’ll end them. Hopefully it’ll end the Rats too.

I hope he does and President Trump vetoes any stimulus bill. We can’t afford it. If they get out of the way, drop the covid restrictions and let us get back to work, we can create our own stimulus. We’re not going to spend our with more debt and get out of this.
The republicans lead by Trump were open to a stand alone bill for $1200.00 months ago. Pelosi wanted no part of it. The people she supposedly cares so much about came second to giving Pres. Trump a victory. Now she settles for $600. Will she be shamed into increasing that amount?
