Who is to say the bombers were not in Topeka when the thing blew?

When at the news conference they said the RV was parked just outside the AT building, I knew that was the target but also recognized that the bomber(s) didn’t realize how blast hardened a cold war era central office facility is.
I saw the movie. It is a heist of some kind. Or a government cover up conspiracy, the goal was to knock out communications firms some nefarious purpose. I am sure you must have seen that movie.

people on twitter are claiming that they had phone service this morning after the bombing but it only recently went out
so they think something is fishy

In my opinion they were after the ATT data center. The explosion was right next to it. Look at the outage map. Weird thing is everything was fine until 30 minutes ago...then everything went down. I don’t consider myself a conspiracy theorist but there’s some weird stuff going on.
