Collins won the Senatorial election. The Dominion algorithm was supposed to give to Loeffler outright, but because there were 3 candidates and turnout is never known in advance, the best the algorithm could do was to eliminate Collins. The Dominion algorithm is for sale to the highest bidder, and Loeffler is Kemp's chosen one. By the way, Sidney Powell said Dominion stole the election from Collins in that press conference with Rudy and Ellis, and that is supposed to be the real reason Team Trump dumped her.
