Portland police identified five armed suspects arrested Friday for robbing a northeast Portland dispensary, then leading police on a high-speed chase and hiding for several hours.
Police tweeted Friday afternoon that the suspects were hiding in the neighborhood of Northeast Halsey and Broadway, between Northeast 41st and 47th Avenues. Police said SERT had been activated.

— Bridget Chavez (@BridgetChavezTV) January 1, 2021 Police said the suspects they were looking for were described as young males involved in an armed robbery that took place earlier Friday in the 2800 block of Northeast Sandy Boulevard at a marijuana dispensary.
The dispensary staff reported to police that they were robbed at gunpoint and the suspects left in a vehicle.
At 2:00 p.m., an officer spotted the suspect vehicle and a chase ensued, even reaching 100 mph on Interstate 84. The vehicle exited at the Hollywood District and then stopped. The suspects fled on foot.
Police said there were as many as five suspects in the armed robbery. Two have been arrested, and three are believed to be outstanding.
Residents in the search area were told to stay in their homes, lock doors and call 911 if they saw any suspicious people on their property.
Police said the three remaining suspects were taken into custody just before 6:00 p.m., and blocks around the Hollywood Neighborhood have been cleared.

On Saturday, PPB released the names of the five suspects arrested in Friday's incident. Four adults and one juvenile face the following charges:
Daniel Mugisha, 20, of Portland, booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on charges of Robbery in the First Degree and Robbery in the Second Degree
Abdi Guhad, 18, of Portland, booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on charges of Robbery in the First Degree and Robbery in the Second Degree
Sammy Bulambo, 22, booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on charges of Robbery in the First Degree and Robbery in the Second Degree
Dan Gajhabukha, 19, of Portland, booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on charges of Robbery in the First Degree and Robbery in the Second Degree
juvenile male, 17, of Phoenix, Arizona, booked into the Donald E. Long Juvenile Detention Center on charges of Robbery in the First Degree and Robbery in the Second Degree

Investigators also recovered a gun they believe was used in the robbery.

With the description of the suspects, they could have (and probably should have) arrested half the population of Portland. Wonder if any (or all) of them have criminal records.
By the way, where are the charges of possession of a firearm in the act of committing a felony? Or charges for an unlawful gathering (they may have been wearing masks, so this might be moot).
I know who they are. They are the club that admires Stacy Abrams’ “Octopus Hair Style”. It’s name is the “Octopussy Club and Robbery Crew”.
Just reading their names at the indictments at their trial is going to be funny as hell. Where did the kid from Arizona come into the scene? Relative, from another “club”, BLM member, etc?
Glad the Portland Police actually arrested some perps. Now let’s see if the local DA releases them without bond.
If they weren’t wearing masks, MCSETots, they could be shot on the spot for violating COVID 19 health rules. As for the actual criminal charges, it’s a 50/50 thing that they will stay in jail.

well your honor, these outstanding young men just needed to selfmedicate with marijuana to deal with the PTDS caused by those crazy white kids setting fires and trashing neighborhoods for a year now. It was a case of temporary insanity, your honor. And besides, it should be free to black folk. It’s discriminatory to prosecute these young basketball and track stars. Well they aren’t yet, but they want to be. What’s that, your honor? no-cash bail? Alrighty then. Portland rocks, your honor.
